How do I make the camera work during vehicle use like on the PS2 version? I.E. You move your mouse around, the camera moves around. Camera works fine as a pedestrian but while driving a vehicle it seems to remain static and unable to be controlled by the user.
Most keyboards have a limit of the number of buttons you can press, and chances are that the three buttons you are trying to press cannot be pressed at the same time. Instead, go to the options, then controls, then mouse, and then turn on steer with mouse. Now, you can't control the camera with the mouse anymore, but you can turn the car.
